简要总结

This study is a assessor blinded, randomized control trial to evaluate the effects of  aerobic exercise with Blood flow restriction training on post exercise recovery and physical fitness parameters in 30 professional football athletes that will be conducted in Sudeva football club, Delhi. Participants will be randomly divided into 2 groups. Experimental group will receive aerobic exercise with blood flow restriction training for 20 mins after their regular training, 3 times a week for the duration of 6 week and Control group will receive only aerobic exercise for 20 mins after their regular training, 3 times a week for the duration of 6 week. Primary outcome measures are

  1. Perceived recovery status using Perceived Recovery Status (PRS) scale

  2. Heart rate recovery using POLAR H 10 heart sensor

  3. lower-body power and strength using Countermovement Jump Test

  4. Endurance using 20 meter Multi stage fitness test.

  5. Speed performance using 40 yard sprint test,

All outcome measures will be assessed by a blinded assessor at baseline (before the first session) and after the 18th session at the end of the 6-week.
