Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria
2.Age limit between 25-70 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients suffering from severe systemic illnesses like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, carcinoma etc. will be excluded.
2.Patients contraindicated for virechana and/or basti karma will also be excluded.

Name Time Method CHANGES IN HARRIS HIP SCORETimepoint: PATIENTS WILL BE ASSESSED BEFORE TREATMENT,DURING TREATMENT AND AFTER COMPLETION OF IPD TREATMENT.THE PATIENTS WILL BE ASSESSED EVERY 2 WEEKS UP TO 4 WEEKS IN OPD DURING FOLLOW UP PERIOD.
