Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with sinonasal polyposis undergoing FESS or previously operated patients being taken up for revision surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with history of oral steroid usage in the past 6 months for sinonasal polyposis
- •2\. Patients with autoimmune disorders requiring regular usage of immunomodulatory drugs or steroids
- •3\. Patients with diabetes mellitus
- •4\. Syndrome associated sinonasal polyposis patients.
