- Infant <6 months old
- Diagnosed atopic dermatitis by Hanifin-Rajka criteria and have eczema for longer than 2 weeks
- Severity of atopic dermatitis assessed by SCORAD score greater than 10
- Parents are willing to use moisturizer for at least 12 months
- Birth weight less than 2500 g
- Born before 37 weeks gestation
- Cow milk or egg white sensitization, evaluated by specific IgE for cow milk or egg white greater than 0.35 kUA/L
- Child who have underlying disease such as congenital anomaly, chromosome anomaly, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, chronic lung disease or immunodeficiency syndrome
