Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Age > 18 years
- •2.Hallux valgus angle 30-50 degrees (moderate to severe degree)
- •3.Onset equal or more than 5 years
- •4.no plan to surgery in 1 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.acute inflammation
- •2.hallux rigidus or hallux limitus
- •3.foot numbness or ulcer
- •4.maceration at first web space
- •5.history of using hallux valgus strap or othotic device in 1 year
- •6.unable to do the questionnaire
- •7.History if hallux valgus surgery
