Inclusion Criteria
Patients of both genders underage group of 30-70 years will be included.
Clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes
Exclusion Criteria
Patients below 30 years and above 70 years of age will be excluded.
Patient suffering from paralysis.
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neoplastic disorders, any severe illness.
Pregnancy
Severely malnourished, debilitated
