Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Participants able to access internet facilities.
- •2\.Age between 18 to 60 years.
- •3\.Participants with Low Back Pain.
- •4\.Verbal informed consent by telephone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pain radiating to leg , tingling and numbness in leg
- •2\.Oswestry Disability Index score \> 60 %
- •3\.History of hospitalization in the last six months.
