- •3. Willingness to participate in the entire duration of the intervention.

- •1. Workers with diagnosed chronic musculoskeletal/medical conditions that might interfere with the intervention.
- •2. Those who are not active Facebook users.
- •3. Workers planning to leave their job or the region within the next two months.
- •4. Individuals unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
