Inclusion Criteria
The patients who need ERCP for the aim of treatment
The common bile duct stone is larger than 12 mm
when the common bile duct stones are multiple, the largest stone should be larger than 10mm
Exclusion Criteria
(1) previous ERCP history, such as EST, EPBD, precut
(2) coagulopathy, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure
(3) previous abdominal operation History, such as total gastrectomy, subtotal gastrectomy w/ B-II, whipples’ op. except B-I anastomosis
