- •The patients who need ERCP for the aim of treatment
- •The common bile duct stone is larger than 12 mm
- •when the common bile duct stones are multiple, the largest stone should be larger than 10mm
排除标准
- •(1) previous ERCP history, such as EST, EPBD, precut
- •(2) coagulopathy, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure
- •(3) previous abdominal operation History, such as total gastrectomy, subtotal gastrectomy w/ B-II, whipples’ op. except B-I anastomosis
