- •Age group 18 to 30 years. Asa Grade 1 and 2 patients primi undergoing elective lower segment cesarean section under spinal anaesthesia with gestational age > 37 weeks
排除标准
- •1Patients with gestational age less than 37 weeks.
- •2 Patients receiving general anaesthesia.
- •3 Patients with morbidly adherent placenta or active infections.
- •4 Patients with known PIH.
- •5 Patients with skin lesions at local site.
- •6 Patients with local anesthetic allergy.
