1. Aged between 45-65 years old
2. All volunteers don't have cardiovascular diseases or lung disease
3. All volunteers don't get medicine such as anti-inflammatory agents, beta 2-agonists, or other supplements before the start of the test.
1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; allergies, liver disease, kidney disease, and head injury
2. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times/day
3. Smoking more than 10 pieces/day
4. Volunteers who have regular exercise more than 3 times/week
5. Volunteers who participate in other projects
