Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with unilateral or bilateral cleft lip or palate or both.
- •2\. Patient fit to undergo surgical procedure under general anesthesia.
- •3\. Age group 3 years or younger.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Medically compromised patients.
- •2\. Inadequate patient compliance.
- •3\. Infection at cleft site.
- •4\. Age group older than 3 years
