- •1. Patients over 19 years who visit emergency department of Seoul National University Hospital during the study period.
- •2. Patients with chief complaints of any of the following symptoms:
- •- Chill, Cough, Dyspnea, Fever, Hemoptysis, Chest pain, Sputum
- •3. Patients who undergo chest X-rays in the Seoul National University Hospital
排除标准
- •1. Severely ill patients with Korean Triage and Acuity Scale 1.
- •2. Patients who visited the emergency department due to trauma.
- •3. Patients judged to be inappropriate for inclusion by the emergency department physician who first evaluated the patient.
