Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients over 19 years who visit emergency department of Seoul National University Hospital during the study period.
- •2\. Patients with chief complaints of any of the following symptoms:
- •\- Chill, Cough, Dyspnea, Fever, Hemoptysis, Chest pain, Sputum
- •3\. Patients who undergo chest X\-rays in the Seoul National University Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Severely ill patients with Korean Triage and Acuity Scale 1\.
- •2\. Patients who visited the emergency department due to trauma.
- •3\. Patients judged to be inappropriate for inclusion by the emergency department physician who first evaluated the patient.
