- •a.Age 18 â?? 60 years
- •b.ASA â?? I/II status
- •c.Routine elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.ASA grade III / IV
- •b.History of neck surgery
- •c.Any valvular heart disease, pulmonary artery hypertension, congestive cardiac failure
- •d.Morbid obesity
- •e.Severe obstructive pulmonary disease
- •f.Any haemodynamically unstable patient
- •g.History of previous right IJV cannulation
- •h.Short neck
