Inclusion Criteria

  • •a.Age 18 â?? 60 years
  • •b.ASA â?? I/II status
  • •c.Routine elective surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a.ASA grade III / IV
  • •b.History of neck surgery
  • •c.Any valvular heart disease, pulmonary artery hypertension, congestive cardiac failure
  • •d.Morbid obesity
  • •e.Severe obstructive pulmonary disease
  • •f.Any haemodynamically unstable patient
  • •g.History of previous right IJV cannulation
  • •h.Short neck
