This study is an open label, double arm comparative study, comparing the efficacay of Navakarshika Guggulu 500mg twice daily after meal and Haridrakhanda 4 gm twice daily before meal in 60 patients with sheetpitta(urticaria) that will be conducted in Opd no. 13/14 iin Patanjali Ayurveda Hospital, Haridwar. Assessment will be done on the basis of subjective and objective parameters.
Route of administrarion- Oral route
Follow up- will be done to observe effects of treatment or any adverse effect on the patient.
1st follow up- 1 month after commencement of tratment
2nd follow up- 1 month after the 1st follow.

入选标准
- •Patients willing to participate.
- •Patients with classical symptoms of urticaria.
- •Patients will be selected irrespective of gender and socio economic status.
排除标准
- •Patient having any systemic illness like tuberculosis, carcinoma and endocrine disorders or any major illness like renal or liver disorder.
- •Pregnant and lactating woman.
- •Patients consuming steroids on regular basis for any ailment.
