Individuals having rounded shoulders will be included if the distance between
couch and shoulder peak is >= 2.5 cm measured in supine lying.
• Asymptomatic individuals with age group of 18 to 50 years.(4)
• Individuals who are not undergoing any physiotherapy treatment for rounded
shoulders.
Neurological impairments
Recent surgery of the shoulder, spine ,thorax, abdomen in last 6 months
History of recent trauma or fracture to cervical spine clavicle, scapula and
ribs
Any febrile condition
sensitive skin, allergy to gel and open wounds
Congenital deformity of upper limb and chest
Spinal deformities
Lung disorders and chronic smokers
Hand weakness due to any other pathology
