Inclusion Criteria

Men and women between 18 and 64 years. Clinical diagnosis of low back-related leg pain for at least three months. Radiating pain to at least one lower limb in the last two weeks. Presence of two or more of the following clinical criteria; positive neural tension test (SLRT); neurological deficit; pain below the knee; pain more present in the leg than in the lumbar; and subjective sensory symptoms.
Not being under physiotherapeutic treatment for low back-related leg pain for at least 60 days

Exclusion Criteria

To present any contraindication for tDCS brain stimulation; Douleur Neuropathique Questionnaire score under 4 points; Pain Numeric Rating Scale score under 3 points; Presence of Red Flags for critical spinal pathology; Have been submitted to some type of infiltration in the spine in the last six months; History of abdominal, lumbar or lower limb surgery in the last year; Inability to respond to the study's assessment instruments

Primary Outcome Measures

A reduction in Pain Intensity assessed by the Numerical Pain Scale is expected to be found, it will be considered a change in the endpoint when the result after the intervention is a reduction equal to or greater than two points on the scale.
Secondary Outcome Measures

europathic Symptoms evaluated by the Douler Neuropathic Questionnaire (DN4) are expected to be reduced by reducing the score to less than 4 points; as will Pain Detect Questionnaire (PDQ) scores below 12; in these situations the pain complaint is no longer classified as Neuropathic Pain.;A reduction in Disability as assessed by the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire is expected, detected through a 4/24 point reduction in the post intervention assessment.
