A patient scheduled to undergo general anesthesia with coil embolization of the aneurysm
patients age : Between 20 and 70
Healthy patients with body grades 1 and 2 as determined by the American Society of Anesthesiologists
Patients who voluntarily participated in the trial and obtained written consent
difficult airway
Respiratory symptoms on the day of anesthesia (cough, fever, rhinorrhea)
Patients with laryngeal disease
Patients with a body grade of 3 or more as determined by the American Society of Anesthesiologists
Gastroesophageal reflux disease
extremely obese patient (BMI 30 or higher)
Patients who do not want to participate in the study
Patients who do not understand the consent or can not agree
