- Conditions
- Homeless people are a socially vulnerable group in the Dutch society. Often they have several problems such as psychological problems, debts, low quality of life, physical problems and a lack of social support. The transition from a shelter to independent or supported housing is a critical moment which brings along stress and the chance of relapse in homelessness.
