Inclusion Criteria

Voluntary project participation
- At least one other obstacle to placement (besides the disability)
- Rehabilitant* in the DRV Rhineland-Palatinate /DRV Saarland
- Customer*at the employment agencies (AA) or job centers (JC) involved in the project or persons threatened by unemployment
- Existing prohibition of services

Exclusion Criteria

- Rehabilitant*in need of at least 24 months of further training (qualification, retraining)
- Participants*in ongoing retraining and the subsequent 6-month graduate management
- Lack of motivation
- Existing participation in another rehapro model project

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The reintegration of the unemployed rehabilitants into working life. This criterion is considered to be fulfilled if the person undergoing rehabilitation is in employment 6 months after the end of the measure. The aim is to improve reintegration by 17%. <br>In addition, it is examined whether the insured persons in the intervention group are in employment for a longer period of time than the control group at the end of the intervention and 6 months after the end of the intervention, and whether they were able to be integrated into working life earlier.
