Diagnosed cases of internal as well as interno-external piles of late second degree onwards.
Patients of Arsha as mentioned above and those medically fit for surgery irrespective of sex caste religion & occupation
Patients who were suffering from internal as well as interno-external piles but they shall be excluded if having following problems-
Age less than 16 years and more than 65 years
