The present clinical trial will be a PhD dissertation that is to be carried out at Department of Periodontics , Rural Dental College, PMT, PIMS, Loni -BK.
Background: The platelet derived growth factors have shown promising results in regenerative periodontal procedures. The present study is carried out to see the clinical effect of T-PRF and L-PRF in the formation of bone in 2 walled and 3 walled intrabony defects in Stage II and Stage III Periodontitis Patients after a follow up of 1,3,6,9 months in healthy individuals of 20 to 55 years age group

入选标准
- •Patients with stage II and stage III Periodontitis with presence of 3 walled intrabony defects of 3mm along with probing depth of 5mm and Clinical Attchment loss greater than or equal to 3mm when evaluated 8 weeks after phase I therapy on atleast 3 teeth.
排除标准
- •Patients with systemic diseases, blood dyscrasiasis, plaque index >1.5 afetr phase I therapy,pregnant and lactating, alcohol and tobacco consumption, nonvital teeth , mobile and furcation defects.
