- •patients between 18 and 65 years; patients with minimum one healthy tooth quadrant of maxilla
- •Exclusion criteria: systemic diseases; pregnancy and lactation; allergy to local anesthetic agents; take any CNS depressants or any medication within the last 24 h; have pulp and preapical disease; using tobacco or any other products
