Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria;Gynaecological cancer survivors who are;
1.Adults diagnosed with uterine/cervical/vulval/ovarian/ breast cancer.
2.Undergoing radiation therapy.
3.Second, third and fourth A stage of cancer.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion Criteria; Gynaecological cancer survivors who are;
1. Critically ill due to co morbidity.
2.With metastasis.
3.Not able to follow the instructions/mentally unsound
