Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients admitted in intensive care unit requiring central venous line insertion through subclavian or internal jugular vein.
Exclusion Criteria
•Age < 18 years
•Coagulopathy (INR > 1.5)
•Pregnancy
•Inability to obtain proper window on transthoracic echocardiography
