Inclusion Criteria
pregnant women who are undergoing lower segment caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
pregnant women who are
hypersensitive to the drug
infection at the injection site
thrombocytopenia
if vertical abdominal incision required
BMI <18 kg/m2 or 35kg/m2
baseline BP <100 mmHg
patient with height <150 cm or >180 cm
