Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult male or female patients capable of giving consent
  • •\- Age 18 \- 80 years
  • •\- Present informed consent to participate in the study.
  • •\- Group 1 PsA
  • •o Diagnosis of PsO (clinical and/or histological)
  • •o Diagnosis of PsA according to CASPAR criteria
  • •\- Group 2 PsO
  • •o Diagnosis of PsO (clinical and/or histological)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Pregnancy
  • •\- Heavy physical activity
  • •\- Other previous musculoskeletal disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
  • •\- Tumor disease, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney, gastrointestinal, or liver disease
  • •\- Group 1 PsA
  • •o Pre\-treatment or ongoing therapy with bDMARD and/or tsDMARD.
  • •\- Group 2 PsO
  • •o Diagnosis/family history of rheumatic disease.
  • •o tendon pain, joint swelling
  • •o Pre\-treatment or ongoing therapy with bDMARD and/or tsDMARD.
