Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Adult (18 to 60 years), both sexes,
  • •2\. Admitted to Neurointensive Care Unit following traumatic
  • •brain injury and undergoing invasive ICP monitoring.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who have undergone decompressive craniectomy
  • •2\. Orbital trauma
  • •3\. Orbital tumor
  • •4\. History of glaucoma
  • •5\. Traumatic lesions on forehead
  • •6\. Frontal hematoma
  • •7\. Patient with low SpO 2 (\< 95%) or PF ratio \< 300\.
