1 Married women of age group 20 to 60 years.
2 Patients with Yoni Shoola presenting with-
Yoni Shoola with vulvovaginal pain.
Yoni Shoola associated with dyspareunia.
Yoni Shoola presenting as a symptom of any of the Vataja Yoni vyapad.
Yoni Shoola in post-surgical follow ups.
1 History of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, profuse vaginal bleeding by any other cause.
2 History of inflammatory conditions like Pelvic inflammatory disorders, urinary tract infections, cystitis, vaginitis, endometritis and cervicitis.
3 History of any kind of profuse vaginal discharge.
4 Cervical erosion.
5 History of intestinal disorders like ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, worm infestation.

Name Time Method Pain reduction is to be noted at the end of 30 daysTimepoint: Baseline on the day of starting Pichu <br/ ><br>7th day , patients will be assesed after pichu and orally maharasnadi kwatha with pippali churna is prescribed . <br/ ><br>15th day - Patients will be assessed after Maharasnadi kwatha administration from day 15 to day 30. <br/ ><br>Day 30, Follow up
