- •Periodontal pocket depth 4-5mm after scaling and root planing

- •Smokers or tobacco users
- •Systemic conditions affecting periodontal health
- •Antibiotic or anti-inflammatory use in last 3 months
- •Pregnancy / lactation
- •Known allergy to herbal products
