入选标准
- •Patients age 18 years old or above who are scheduled for operation.
- •Patients who are admitted in the ICU after the operation and stay for > 24 hours.
- •Intubated and non-intubated patients admitted in the ICU after the operation.
- •Patients who can read, write, and speak Thai.
- •Patients with no preexisting dementia.
- •Patients with no severe visual and auditory impairment.

- •Patients who are unable to undersatnd and communicate in Thai.
- •Patients with preexisting dementia.
- •Patoents with severe visual and/or auditory impairment.
