Inclusion Criteria
- •Conscious, alert and oriented patients at the time of assessment undergoing elective neurosurgery for supratentorial lesions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal of consent.
- •Patients with hearing difficulty, delirious, or with psychiatric disturbances.
- •Patients planned for post\-operative mechanical ventilation.
