1. Oral surgery patients who are managed under intubation by postoperative tracheotomy at Nagasaki University Hospital Oral Surgery or Hiroshima University Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Including first-episode and recurrence)
2. Patients 18 years of age or older at the time of diagnosis
3. Patients who can personally provide written consent at their own free will after being receiving a thorough explanation of the study and fully under standing their participation in the study
1. Patients with edentulous
2. Pregnant or lactating patients
3. Patients who have allergic to iodine or have abnormal thyroid function
4. Principal or cooperative doctors judge patients as inappropriate as research subjects
