1. American Society of anesthesiologists preoperative patient classification (ASA): I -III;
2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years, regardless of gender;
3. BMI is 18-24kg / m2 (BMI = weight (kg) / height 2 (M2));
4. Understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
1. Known transient ischemic attack, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, cerebral vascular malformation, cerebral arteritis, brain trauma and other brain diseases;
2. Myelitis, spinal cord demyelination, spinal cord compression sign, spinal cord tumor and other central nervous system diseases;
3. Patients who have operated on the meridians along the meridians;
4. Patients with local skin infection of acupoints;
5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before enrollment;
6. Cataract patients.
