Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients >=7 years of age
2. Patients with intermittent exotropia
3. Patients with equal vision in both the eyes
4. Amount of deviation 15-35 PD
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pattern strabismus (A, V, X , λ)
2. Previously operated strabismus
3. Patients with systemic neurologic disorders
4. Nystagmus
5. Vertical deviation
6. Oblique dysfunction
7. Paralytic/Restrictive strabismus
8. Amblyopia
