Adult patients under 65 years of age scheduled for gynecological pelvic surgery under general anesthesia
(1) Age under 19 years old, over 65 years old
(2) Pregnant women
(3) Allergic to the drug used in the study or its use is contraindicated
(4) The patient's mental state is not alert or communication is not possible before surgery.
(5) Antiemetics were administered within 24 hours before surgery
(6) Liver function, renal function impairment, or asthma
(7) Severe obesity exceeding body mass index 35 kg/m2
(8) ASA classification IV or higher
(9) Refusal to use patient conrolled analgesia
(10) If your weight is less than 50kg
