Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Heavy User: \>5 inpatient therapies with main diagnosis alcohol dependence in the last year or \>10 in the last 5 years
- •Controlgroup: 2\-3 admissions in the last 5 years with 12 months between admissions
- •Both: alcohol dependency as defined in ICD\-10, contact by telephone possible, permanent residence, sufficient German language skills
Exclusion Criteria
- •Schizophrenia or psychotic disorder; dementia; serious somatic illness which would affect the examination; acute suicidality
