Inclusion Criteria
- Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for OVCF in the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis Vertebral Compression Fractures (2021 Edition), have been diagnosed through CT and X-ray examinations, and have undergone vertebroplasty for the first time;<br>2. Within 24 hours after surgery, a score of over 37 points was assessed using the fear of movement scale;<br>3. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- Lack of awareness or cognitive and communication barriers, unable to cooperate with research;<br>2. Patients with combined pelvic and lower limb fractures;<br>3. Patients with combined malignant tumors;<br>4. Individuals with a history of concomitant lower limb venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic disease;<br>5. Patients who are currently participating in other studies.
