Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I , II and ASA III
- •Age group of 18\-70 years of either sex
- •BMI \<\= 30 Kg/m2
- •Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known diabetes mellitus, Inner ear pathology, Smoker
- •Nasal disease, nasal blockage, poor sense of smell and recent URTI
- •On antiemetic, steroids and chemotherapy medications
- •History of motion sickness and previous PONV
- •Patients with any allergy or contraindication to study substances
- •Need of postoperative Ryles tube
