- •Healthy pregnant females, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I , having uncomplicated singleton pregnancy beyond 36 weeks, scheduled to have elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia(SA).

- •¿ Hypertension,
- •¿Cardiac Disease,
- •¿Renal Disease,
- •¿Foetal Anomaly,
- •¿ Diabetes Mellitus.
