Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients of age group 30-50 years having low back pain on 4-6 based on VAS score with duration of more than 3 months.

2. Both male and female is to be included in the study.

3.Patient with low back pain referred from Neurologist or orthopedician

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with history of spinal surgery or fracture. 2. Any neurological and orthopaedic disorder evaluated by neurologist or orthopedician. 3. LBP with a specific underlying pathology such as tumour, infection, inflammatory disorders, hernia disc, and prolapsed disc 4. Signs consistent with nerve root compression, e.g., positive straight-leg-raise test 5. Diminished reflexes 6. prior lumbar spine surgery 7. history of osteoporosis. 8. Pregnancy
