1.Male or female subjects aged18 years and olderwithout a history of hypertension
2.Office systolic blood pressure between 100 and 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure between 60 and 110 mmHg
1.Patients who are unable or unwilling to take self-measurements of blood pressure at home
2.Patients who do not sign informed consent
3.Office Blood pressure higher than 180 and 110 mmHg for systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respectively
4.Patients with secondary Hypertension
5.Patients already on Anti-hypertensive medication
