Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with carcinoma breast who are candidates for modified radical mastectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having any of the following:
- •1\. Recipients of corticosteroids/
- •immunoglobulins within past 4 weeks
- •2\. Pregnancy
- •3\. Coagulation disorders.
- •4\. Cushings disease.
- •5\. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •6\. Gastritis/ gastrointestinal ulceration
- •7\. Severe hepatic/ renal impairment.
- •8\. Osteoporosis.
