Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with carcinoma breast who are candidates for modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having any of the following:
  • •1\. Recipients of corticosteroids/
  • •immunoglobulins within past 4 weeks
  • •2\. Pregnancy
  • •3\. Coagulation disorders.
  • •4\. Cushings disease.
  • •5\. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
  • •6\. Gastritis/ gastrointestinal ulceration
  • •7\. Severe hepatic/ renal impairment.
  • •8\. Osteoporosis.
