•The following criteria will be strictly followed for inclusion of cases in this observational study.
•1.Patients of either sex in the age group 18-65 years.
•2.Patients having Waja al-Asnan (Toothache) with or without any of the following symptoms:
•i.Waram al-Lisa (Gingival swelling)
•ii.Humra al-Lisa (Gingival erythema)
•iii.HassÄ?siyat HarÄ?riyya (Thermal sensitivity) â?? Pain triggered by Cold or Heat
•iv.Headache
•3.Patients with Waja al-Asnan (Toothache) ranging from 1-5 on Numeric Analogue Scale (NAS)

•1. Patients with Waja al-Asnan (Toothache) ranging from 6-10 on Numeric Analogue Scale (NAS)
•2. Known case of Neurological disorders
•3. Known case of Oro-facial abscess and Cellulitis
•4. Presence of concomitant Oral pain due to Oral ulcers
•5. Known cases of Upper Respiratory tract Infection (URTI)
•6. Known cases of severe Renal/ Hepatic/ DM
•7. Pregnant and lactating women
•8. History of Hypersensitivity/non-responsive to the study drug or any of its ingredients
•9. History of addiction (alcohol, drugs)
•10. Patients currently on antibiotic therapy
•11. Pericoronitis (Pain due to eruption of third molar)
