Brief Summary
The Rajiv Gandhi Government Postgraduate Ayurvedic College and Hospital Paprola is one of the premier Ayurveda Research Institute in North India where innovative Ayurveda Research work is carried out throughout year. I am a PG Scholar at Department of Panchkarma in this institute and I am undertaking this Research Trial as topic for PG thesis. I would like to publish my research trial after completion of trial as soon as possible. Healthy individual will be selected from campus/faculty/ OPD of Rajiv Gandhi Government post graduate Ayurvedic college and Hospital paprola. Two groups of 50 patients each will be Chosen on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Group 1 will be given Vaman in vasant ritu to know the effect of Vaman Karma in Vasant Ritu in healthy individuals and Group 2 will be observed in Vasant ritu for general health. The importance of Vaman karma in Healthy individuals in Vasant Ritu to improve their quality of life and General Health Profile. This will also improve their Physical and Mental wellbeing.

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Healthy individuals fit for vaman as per classical text.
- •Healthy individuals between 18 years and 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Healthy individuals unfit for vaman as per classical text.
- •Pregnant women and lactating women.
- •Mensturating women
- •individuals suffering from diabetes,hypertension,renal disorder,cardiac disease, chronic peptic disorder and traumatic condition.
- •Healthy individuals below 18 years and above60 years.
