The affected patient has informed consent to conduct the study
A clinical diagnosis of RTS has been made for the patient
Be over 18 years old
Willingness to do corticosteroid injections as treatment
Opting out of continuing to participate in the plan
A previous injection of triamcinolone
History of previous surgery in the affected area
Having Lateral epicondylitis
Having carpal tunnel syndrome
Having multiple sclerosis
Having posterior interosseous nerve syndrome
History of stroke
Having Rheumatoid arthritis
Allergy to corticosteroids
Those who take oral steroids at the same time for any reason

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Determining and comparing the pain of patients in two groups. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months later. Method of measurement: Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand(q DASH),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), Oxford Elbow score, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS), Pain Catastrophizing Scale(PCS).
