1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; 2.18 years old = age = 65 years old; 3. Did not participate in other clinical researchers; 4. Sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in this study; 5. Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) > 7; 6. No sedation and / or anti-anxiety and depression drugs were taken in the past 2 weeks.
1. All systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc., as well as external environmental interference factors; 2. Where there is a serious infection in the skin of the acupoint, those who are afraid of needles; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, secondary insomnia caused by primary diseases, mental patients, pregnant or lactating women; 4. People who rely on sedative and hypnotic drugs.
