Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; 2\.18 years old \= age \= 65 years old; 3\. Did not participate in other clinical researchers; 4\. Sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in this study; 5\. Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) \> 7; 6\. No sedation and / or anti\-anxiety and depression drugs were taken in the past 2 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. All systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc., as well as external environmental interference factors; 2\. Where there is a serious infection in the skin of the acupoint, those who are afraid of needles; 3\. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, secondary insomnia caused by primary diseases, mental patients, pregnant or lactating women; 4\. People who rely on sedative and hypnotic drugs.
