Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Nurse officers who are employed in a medical facility at the division level or below at the time of the study,
- •\- Those who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study.
- •\- Those who possess a device with an internet connection and are able to participate in online education
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Individuals who are unable to participate in the study because of a planned transfer or deployment during the study period
- •\- Nursing military personnel (not officers) working in medical facilities at the division level or below
- •\- Participated in focus group interviews,pilot test or curriculum development during the curriculum development phase
