Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients between 40 to 70 years of age.
2. Patients of both genders.
3. Patients suffering from primary Osteoarthritis.
4. Patients with classical sign and symptoms of sandhivata like Shoola (Joint Pain), Shotha (Joint Edema), Stambha (Stiffness), Sparsha
asahyata (Tenderness), Atopa (Crepitus), Akunchana-Prasarana vedana (Pain during flexion and extension of the joint) etc. of Knee joint.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients suffering from Diabetes, Psoriatic arthritis, Vatarakta, Amavata, HTN, Pregnancy and lactation, or any other systemic illness.
2. Patients with any anatomical deformities will be excluded.
3. Patients Ayogya for Abhyanga, Swedana (Saama Avastha).
